– A Time for Reflection

2024 is slowly coming to an end. This is a wonderful time to reflect upon your year.

It is a good practice, as a company, to look back through your year and review the following points:

• How has the company grown?
• Have the goals been achieved?
• What went well?
• What didn’t work?
• Where were there problems?
• Where is there room for improvement?

Reviewing your year is helpful because:

• It provides important insights that can help with planning for the next year
• Things that worked well can be continued and improved upon.
• Things that didn’t work can be completely replaced, changed or improved.
• There are often so many challenges in a year that it’s easy to lose sight of the big
  picture. An active review can help you see all that you’ve accomplished, which motivates
  you for the future.
• Even if you’ve already done so during the year, you can use the review to celebrate
  your successes. This applies to both large and small victories, which boosts and strengthens your self-confidence.
