– The Key to a Good (Business) Relationship
People often talk about business decisions being made purely rationally. This is, however, no longer the case. In all probability, almost every business decision is emotionally influenced.
This is good news for anyone who is ready to emotionally engage in a (business) relationship. With the proper focus and questioning technique, you can find out what really influences your business relationships in making decisions.
The key to any successful (business) relationship is to continue asking questions until you truly understand what the other party is thinking and feeling and why.
To do this, you can ask questions such as:
- Why is … so important to you?
- At what point does my offer not suit you?
- What could you say yes to?
